Return of Artwork 

At myDNArt.com, we are committed towards providing best services to art lovers worldwide. We focus on providing best and original art pieces for you and believe in the same even after sales. We do this by including the return policy for our esteemed users. We provide the platform for the best artwork and believe that the art piece selected will make you completely satisfied and happy once it reaches your home. However, if you are not satisfied with your artwork, we will provide complete assistance and (you are responsible for return cost) along with complete refund of your amount based on the policy norms.

It is important that the buyer’s request for a refund of the purchase amount within 7 days of the delivery date of your artwork. Please send all your requests for returns to (Company returns email ID) with the specific subject heading “Return of Artwork” followed by the purchase order number. For example, (Return of Artwork: 61589).

It is important that you also retain the materials and packaging of the artwork delivered. Once the request reaches us, we will issue a USPS shipping label for the artwork delivery box and ship from any location. Once the label for shipping is received, the artwork along with packaging and materials should be shipped through USPS within five days.

Return of Damaged Artwork

In rare cases, if the artwork purchased is damaged during the shipping transit, we will refund the complete amount of your purchase.

You are requested to contact us immediately, latest 5 days from delivery of damaged artwork. Inquiries for damaged artwork should be sent to (Company Email Id for returns) with the subject heading line “Damaged artwork” followed by the order number of your purchase. For example, (Damaged Artwork: 67889). You should also provide a digital proof of the damage by using a camera. Please make sure that the picture or digital snapshot of the damage is clearly visible.

 It is also important to retain the original materials and packaging of the artwork. Once we receive your request on return of damaged artwork, we will issue a pre-paid USPS shipping label for shipping from any location. Once you receive the pre-paid USPS shipping label, ensure that you ship the artwork along with the materials and packaging within 5 days.
